A Soldier is programed to completely ignore anyone who remains loyal to the laws set upon them. It doesn't matter if it's a simple misdemeanor or a high-grade felony, a Soldier will never ask questions or second guess before taking immediate action, and they were never programmed to understand the concept of mercy.
