The Cage:
We are trapped in what philosopher Jacques Lacan called the "Symbolic Order." We are chained to false identities constructed by external societal forces: our families, schools, government, universities, and social media. We wander through this maze of rules and culture, alienated from our true core.
The Turning Point:
To break free, we must stop running and sit in stillness. Silence is not emptiness; it is the crucible where powerful thoughts are born. By stripping away the external noise, we are forced to confront the difficult, messy inner world and look at ourselves in the mirror.
The Discovery:
Within that quiet space, we find the "True Self"—the authentic identity that exists unbound by society, in the small voice between our thoughts.
