Burgundy Canopy is part of MOMO’s Wine Architecture series—an imagined urban pavilion inspired by the depth, structure and evolving character of Burgundy wine. Wine-dark mirrored ribs rise like vines and open into a reflective canopy, translating layered aroma, acidity, minerality and maturation into architectural form. Set within a historic European square, the pavilion creates a dialogue between contemporary wine culture, terroir, memory and the city. Conceived and art-directed by MOMO, a Japanese architect and architectural director with nearly four decades of professional practice, using AI as a visual design instrument.
